Preparation
Traditionally, you usually work with raw, dried or appropriately prepared herbs, boil them for an hour and then strain the whole thing. This process is very time-consuming and unfortunately also very odor-intensive. We mostly work with concentrates; d. h. They are active ingredient concentrates of the corresponding medicinal herbs. These are dissolved in warm, not boiling water. It's all about getting the ingredients into solution, not about boiling them. Many people who travel a lot for work fill the appropriate amount into a thermos flask and then drink their herbs on the go.
