Risks and side effects

When dosed correctly, there are generally few known side effects; If at all, according to current knowledge, the side effects usually affect the gastrointestinal tract.
 
Of course - as with everything you eat, from apples to Christmas goose, among others  - allergic reactions occur. But this is just as common as with any food or medication. It is generally taken 3 times a day, if possible before meals.
